Sound Familiar?

You've Tried Everything. But Managing Blood Sugar Still Feels Like A Game You Can't Win.

You're putting in the effort, watching your numbers, and trying to stay on top of everything. You have the tools - CGM, insulin, even a pump - but you don't fully know how to use them to your advantage.

You're not sure how to adjust them to match your body, your routine, and your day-to-day life. So behind it all, there's no clear system guiding your decisions, and every day feels reactive.

You correct highs, avoid lows, and adjust as you go - but it still feels like you're guessing. And you're not where you want to be.

That's not a motivation problem. That's a clarity problem.

The difference between struggling and actually feeling in control is understanding your patterns and knowing how to adjust your tools around them.

This Matters

The T1Ds who reach 80%+ Time in Range aren't just using technology - they know how to use it properly.

They don't rely on guesswork. They follow a system. And once you have that system, everything becomes simpler, clearer, and more predictable.

Your Journey

Here's Exactly How This Works

From confusion and guesswork → to clear decisions and stable blood sugar.

1
Step One
Clarity & Direction
We start with a 1-on-1 call to get clear on your goals. We break down your current blood sugar - what's been happening and where things are off - so you finally understand what needs to change.
2
Step Two
Weekly Guidance
We review your blood sugar together, week by week. Looking at your CGM, patterns, and decisions - so you can see what's working and what's not. Then we learn to adjust, based on your real data.
3
Step Three
Building Control
You start applying this in your daily life. Your food, your insulin, your routine - all working together in a way that fits you. Instead of reacting all day, you feel in control.

Your Coach

Someone Who Actually Lives This.

You're not getting generic advice from someone who read about diabetes in a textbook. You're getting guidance from someone who manages T1D in his own body - every single day.

T1D Coach - On Injections, Not a Pump

I've kept my A1C under 6.0 for 7 years straight. My Time in Range sits between 85-92%, with an average glucose around 118 mg/dL. And I do it all on injections - no pump, no closed-loop system.

That matters because the system I teach doesn't depend on expensive technology. It depends on understanding your patterns. I've worked 1-on-1 with over 150 Type 1 Diabetics - and I'm also a NASM Certified Wellness Coach, Nutrition Coach, and Personal Trainer. But what actually makes this work is that I've tested everything I teach in my own body first.

What This Is

Not Another Set of Tips. Not Another Generic Program.

×
Not More Information
You already have access to doctors, apps, videos, and forums. If that was enough, you wouldn't still feel stuck. You don't need more to learn - you need to understand what to actually change.
×
Not One-Size-Fits-All
Same food. Same dose. Different result. Your body doesn't follow a fixed rule. This isn't a template - it's a system built around your patterns.
×
Not Guesswork
Most people are stuck in a loop: try something, hope it works, repeat. That's exhausting. This is about understanding what's actually happening so your decisions become clear.

We help you understand your blood sugar, your patterns, and your decisions - so you can take control with clarity instead of confusion.

Questions Answered

Everything You Need to Know

What makes this different from a doctor's appointment?+

I'm not a doctor and I can't tell you how much insulin to take. What I do is help you understand what your blood sugar is actually doing. Most appointments give you general guidelines. We focus on your real data, your patterns, and your day-to-day decisions - so instead of guessing, you start seeing where you need more or less insulin and why.

What are your certifications?+

I'm a NASM Certified Wellness Coach, Nutrition Coach, and Personal Trainer. But honestly, that's not what makes this work. Most of my experience comes from working 1-on-1 with 150+ Type 1 Diabetics and living this myself every day. This isn't a textbook approach - it's built from real patterns, real data, and real people.

Do I need a pump or specific technology?+

A CGM will be needed. This works whether you're on a pump or injections. Technology gives you data - but most T1Ds don't know what to do with it. We focus on helping you interpret what's already happening so you can make better decisions regardless of what you're using.

Will this actually work for me?+

If you're willing to look at your patterns and make small adjustments - yes. This isn't about doing more. It's about understanding what's already happening so things finally start to make sense. Most T1Ds aren't stuck because they're not trying - they're stuck because no one showed them how to read their own data.

What's the time commitment?+

We start with one call to get clear on your goals, then meet weekly to review your data together. In between, you apply what you're learning in your daily life. It's not about adding hours to your day - it's about making the time you already spend managing T1D actually count.

You Weren't Handed A Manual.
That's Exactly Why You Feel Lost.

Stop guessing. Start understanding your blood sugar - and take control with a system that actually works for your body.
